I've been feeling a little bit isolated lately. I lack the camaraderie of coworkers; I want other fiction writers to sit near me and write. And sometimes we can look up from our work and share frustrated glances or go get a coffee or talk each other down from ledges or something.
There are plenty of writing groups in town, but they all want to share feedback. I don't want feedback (at least not right now). I just want like-minded company.
Meanwhile, I did find this site, LibraryThing (thanks, Neil), which at least connects me to other book lovers in the area. Maybe I can start a book group and trick it into being a writing group. You never know.
